Explaining The Above Graph

(A) Your Evolutionary Role ('ER'): Devolutionary or Evolutionary

  1. If you have plotted on the left hand side of this graph, you have a low ‘ER’ value - this means you are 'Devolutionary'.  You tend to maintain the status quo in your own life and to hold the collective field where it is.  As a result of having a low ‘ER’ value, you generally will not jump many Terrains throughout your lifetime and typically will have a small bandwidth of expansion.  You are generally highly stable in your life and provide the contrast needed for those who are here to grow and change.  In playing your role of keeping society at its collective status quo, you may be referred to as “the old guard”.
  2. If you have plotted on the right hand side of this graph, you have a high ‘ER’ value - this means you are 'Evolutionary'.  You tend to be a “change agent” both in your own life and in your effect on the collective field.  You may jump many Terrains over the course of your lifetime and will most likely have a large bandwidth of expansion.  You are here to instigate change on the planet and lift the collective frequency.  The higher your ‘ER’ value the more you are here to expand and shift the current paradigm.

 

(B) Your Relationship To Change ('R2C'): Resisting or Allowing

  1. If you have plotted on the bottom half of this graph, you have a high ‘R2C’ value - this means you are 'Resisting'.  You tend to really dig in and fight any change from your current situation.  You apply the brake pedal at the first hint of change.  Even if your Soul is seeking growth, you will feel internal resistance along the way.  Life will often have to up the ante and call in a big crisis to force you to change.  Therefore you can sometimes have a challenging life. 
  2. If you have plotted on the top half of this graph, you have a low ‘R2C’ value - this means you are 'Allowing'.  You tend to feel very comfortable with change and are able to allow it to happen to you and to your world.  If you have a ‘R2C’ value near to zero you may even press down on the accelerator pedal and actively seek change and throw yourself at it.  These are the “bring it on” types.

 

(C) How Your Evolutionary Role ('ER') and your Relationship To Change ('R2C') Work Together

A person can carry out both of the Devolutionary or Evolutionary Roles whilst having either a ‘Resisting’ or ‘Allowing’ Relationship To Change.

  1. If you have plotted on the bottom left of this graph, you are low ‘ER’ and high ‘R2C’.  You are one of the most stable members of our world, resisting change at every turn in order to fulfill your role of devolution.  Others will most likely see you as stubborn and stuck, yet this is simply how you are built and there is nothing wrong with you.  You are here to play a very specific role in the evolution of consciousness.  The downside is that when changes do happen to the world around you that are outside of your control, you can tend to feel very frightened and lost.
  2. How To Interpret The Above Graph

(A) Your Zoom: People ('P') or Systems ('S)

  1. If your 'grey square' of Zoom/Listening sits more in the bottom half of this graph than the top, you have a higher percentage of ‘P’ than 'S'  and are thus very people-focused.  You tend to gravitate toward one-on-one relationships and maintain close friendships for long periods of time.  Feelings are generally more important to you than concepts and ideas.  You are most likely output-focused, which causes you to be highly expressive and drawn to a good story, rather than interested in taking in facts.  The more your 'grey square' sits below the midline of this graph, the less you will take interest in the bigger picture issues going on around the world; instead, you will focus more on issues concerning friends and family.  You will also tend toward short term immediacy and proximity of impacts that are ‘here’ and ‘now’.  The more of your 'grey square' that sits above the midline, the more you will be more interested in people-issues that impact a larger sphere, such as the local community, the country or even the planet.

  1. If your 'grey square' of Zoom/Listening sits more in the left hand side of this graph, you have a higher percentage of ‘D’ than 'C' and therefore you are always listening for differentiation.  In any conversation, you are listening for what is NOT being said rather than what is.  People with a greater degree of differentiation are the “Bullshit Detectors” of the world, readily spotting lies or inconsistencies.  This makes for ready conflict when in conversation with others who listen for what you both have in common, as from their perspective you always appear to be arguing with them.  You will most likely tend to see the world through the ‘glass is half empty’ lens.  When two people each with a high percentage of ‘D’ converse, it may seem like they are really at each other, yet they both know that through this process of identifying all the differences, they will reveal all that has been hidden in order to come to a middle point of full transparency, ‘openness’ and thus a sound resolution.  The more of your 'grey square' that sits to the right of the midline of the graph, the more you are able to connect with those who do happen to share your unique point of view and the less argumentative you will be with those who don't.  The more of your 'grey square' that sits to the left of the midline of the graph, the harder you will find it to connect with other people and the more argumentative they will find you.
  2. If your 'grey square' of Zoom/Listening sits more in the right hand side of this graph, you have a higher percentage of ‘C’ than 'D' and therefore you are always listening for commonality.  You tend to look for what you have in common with others.  You are very good at empathy and connection.  You tend to see the world through the ‘glass is half full’ lens.  When two people with a high percentage of ‘C’ talk with one another, you both seek ways to find connection and common ground, immediately identifying shared likes, shared values, people or things you both know, places you’ve both visited, etc.  You can become very uneasy when someone disagrees with you, as your sense of connection with them depends upon focusing on what you have in common.  The more of your 'grey square' that sits on the left side of the midline, the more you will have your own original thoughts and unique identity.  The less of your 'grey square' that sits on the left side of the midline, the more you will tend to conform to the group and let your own truth slide in order to fit in.

 

(C) How Your Zoom and your Listening Work Together

When you take the factors of Zoom and Listening together, you will often find you fall into one of four groups.  If your 'grey square' sits exactly in the middle of the graph, then you are in a fifth group that straddles all four groups, holding the middle ground between these four demographics.

  1. If your 'grey square' sits in the upper left quadrant of this graph, you are high ‘S’ and high ‘D’ and as such you are one of the 'T-cells' that make up this planet’s immune system.  You are most interested in abstract concepts and ideas and are particularly gifted at spotting inconsistencies and incongruities in global systems, such as the political system.  You are a 'bullshit detector' on the global level.  Because you can connect all the dots and are listening for differences, there is little that escapes your awareness.  You are able to see what is not working in our world and to come up with complex, systemic solutions.  Yet given your ‘overall’ focus on systems and differentiation, you tend to not put much priority or emphasis on interpersonal relationships.  You struggle to understand people and to connect with them, and you are most likely a loner.  Though, as we saw in the ‘Occupy’ movement, once organized around a cause that impacts the many, this group of loners are able to come out of the woodwork to join together in order to resolve an issue that effects everyone.
  2. If your 'grey square' sits in the upper right quadrant of this graph, you are high ‘S’ and high ‘C’ and as such you are a 'systemic harmonizer.'  You are also able to take in the big picture and solve complex theoretical problems, but you are doing this in order to find common ground and create harmony.  You are highly gifted at creating global systems that bring people together.  You may lack the one-on-one interpersonal skills of those who are high ‘P’, yet you are very good at reconciling differences between groups of people and at understanding large group dynamics. 
  3. How To Interpret The Above Graph

(A) Your Life Path Focus

  1. If you have a low ‘Focus’ value, your life-force energy is highly ‘diffuse’.  This may be causing you to move in too many directions at once for you to be effective or you may not yet be clear on what it is you are here to do to fully be your ‘Gift.’  The analogy would be that of an ordinary light bulb; while it can light up a room, it does not have the kind of focused power of a spot light or laser beam.
  2. If you have a high ‘Focus’ value on the other hand, your life-force energy is highly integrated, and much like a laser beam, can burn a hole through plate steel.  Being clear on your direction and having your energy ‘on path’ allows you to gather your entire spiritual essence and ‘pin point’ focus it for maximum effectiveness and service in the material plane.  It allows you to step fully into your BEINGHOOD.

 

(B) Your Filters

  1. If you have a high ‘Filters’ value you are blocking your light from being fully expressed in this dimension.  It is almost like placing your hand in front of a projector lens - no light can pass through to reach the screen.  This may be for any variety of reasons.  Typically you may have taken on beliefs and conditioning from your childhood that now has you unconsciously sabotage your success, be in fear of success or failure, or believe you are unworthy, of no value or not good enough.  Furthermore, habits and programming tapes in either your conscious or unconscious mind create a pattern of resistance that is slowing you down in life.  In other words, you are being your own worst enemy and how your life is showing up ‘out there’ is a reflection of the filters of your inner world.
  2. If you have a low ‘Filters’ value your light is more fully able to ‘transduce’ from the greater infinity of your I AM consciousness through your body ‘vehicle’ to show up in this dimension.  In other words, you are clean of the potential occlusions that keep your inner light from radiating and keep you from expressing your ‘Self’ at full strength.  Thus by having a low or zero filters value you are letting your complete brilliance shine through. 

 

(C) How Your Focus and your Filters Work Together

A person is like a slide projector.  In order for your ‘holographic image’ to fully and brightly show up on the ‘screen’ that is life, you must both have a clear focus of your light and be clean of any filters that could get in the way.

  1. If you plot in the bottom left corner of this graph, this means you have low ‘Focus’ and high ‘Filters’.  Your true essence is barely visible - as if the dimmer on the light switch is turned all the way down.  You are most likely living in 'victim consciousness' and may feel lost as to what to do with yourself in this life.  You have a lot of unfinished inner work to do to clean the shadow aspects of yourself.  Once you do that work, you will find your light starts to shine much more brightly in the world.
  2.
